Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the Illusion Aligners division. This full-time, on-site role based in Mira Road will involve implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting workforce planning in alignment with business objectives.

The HR Manager will handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures, fostering a fair and inclusive work environment.



The role also includes coordinating training and development initiatives, managing HR documentation and HRIS records, and collaborating with leadership to drive organizational culture and retention.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and talent acquisition processes.
- Experience in performance management, goal setting, and feedback systems.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements in India.
- Ability to manage HR operations, including payroll coordination and HRIS documentation.
- Skills in designing and implementing training, development, and engagement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, dental, or medical devices environment is an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in Mira Road with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
