Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HRMS administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. Candidates with experience in the FMCG, Hotel, or Hospitality industry will be preferred.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
- Preference for candidates with FMCG, Hotel, or Hospitality recruitment experience.

2. Onboarding & HRMS

- Complete employee onboarding and HRMS registration.
- Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of employee records.

3. Employee Data Management

- Maintain updated employee records and documents in the HRMS.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness.

4. Training & Induction

- Conduct new employee induction on HR policies and HRMS usage.
- Assign and monitor mandatory training through the HRMS.

5. Leave & Attendance

- Monitor attendance, leave, and roster management.
- Ensure all attendance-related requests are cleared before payroll processing.

6. Payroll Coordination





- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with the payroll vendor and verify payroll data before payment processing.

7. Compliance

- Coordinate with the compliance vendor to ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Maintain compliance records and support audits.

8. Vendor Management

- Verify HR vendor invoices before forwarding them for payment.
- Maintain coordination with HR-related vendors.

9. Employee Lifecycle Management

- Manage employee confirmations, transfers, appraisals, promotions, salary revisions, grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Experience

- 5 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Experience in FMCG, Hotel, or Hospitality industry preferred but not restricted.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
