The Role

We’re looking for an HR / People & Culture Manager to own our people function — from trainer hiring and onboarding to performance, engagement, retention and culture. You’ll work closely with leadership and our Head Coaches to ensure we have the right people, in the right place, delivering the right experience. This is a hands-on role focused on building and scaling the Elv8.fit family.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment

: End-to-end hiring, screening, interviewing and maintaining a solid trainer pipeline across locations.

- Onboarding

: Manage documentation, contracts, induction and training on Elv8.fit SOPs and standards.

- Coach Management

: Track availability, attendance, performance, client feedback and address issues proactively.

- Performance & Retention

: Manage KPIs, reviews, feedback, engagement and initiatives to retain high performers.

- HR Operations

: Maintain employee/contractor records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs and HR documentation.

- Culture

: Build a high-performance, people-first culture and act as the bridge between leadership and the wider team.
