Exp : 4-7 Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Administer employee compensation, payroll, and benefits
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Strengthen management-employee relations by resolving grievances, addressing concerns, and meeting employee needs.
? Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor law
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
