Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including assisting with recruitment processes, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help in onboarding activities, updating employee databases, preparing HR documentation, and coordinating basic employee engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include supporting HR policy implementation,



helping with benefits-related queries, and organizing personnel files.

This is an internship role, based on-site at the Noida office, providing hands-on exposure to HR practices in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and basic employee documentation.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills are beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with HR-related software or databases is an advantage.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, demonstrate professionalism, and maintain confidentiality of HR information.
