What You Will Work On

Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates.

Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Assist with maintaining recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents, including job postings and offer letters.

Help organize and maintain recruitment files and documentation.

Contribute to ongoing talent acquisition projects and initiatives.

Serve as a point of contact for candidates, answering inquiries and providing timely updates.

Assist in creating and posting engaging content on social media platforms.

Participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs as needed.

The Ideal Candidate

Highly driven and motivated individual with the ability to get hands-on where required.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.





Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Highly organized with robust attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualification And Experience

Graduate/MBA

Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders

High on ownership and proactiveness

Creative and constantly looking for ways to improve things
