Role Description The HVAC Sales Engineer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Jaipur, with a mix of in office client visits and office or work-from-home responsibilities. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, meeting with clients and consultants, and preparing technical proposals, quotations, and bids for HVAC, ventilation, and firefighting solutions.

The HVAC Sales Engineer will conduct site surveys, interpret drawings, coordinate with design and project teams, and ensure that proposed solutions meet customer requirements and industry standards. Daily tasks include following up on leads, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts,



and supporting project handover and execution to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, tracking market trends, and providing feedback to management to improve offerings and competitiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial ventilation, evaporative cooling, and firefighting systems, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B or project-based environment.
- Proficiency in preparing technical proposals, cost estimations, and quotations, along with basic commercial understanding of contracts and pricing structures.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects, site visits, and documentation in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; relevant experience in HVAC or building services sales is highly preferred.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including field visits, office work in Jaipur, and some work-from-home tasks, as required.
- Knowledge of Indian building codes, safety standards, and industry practices in HVAC and firefighting systems is an advantage.
