Are you a proactive recruiter with a knack for finding top talent and managing core office operations? Land Asset Technologies Private Limited is looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Indore!

If you have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and day-to-day office management, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates) using LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.

Onboarding & Pipeline: Build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a smooth onboarding process for current hires.

Payroll Management: Handle end-to-end payroll processing, compensation tracking, and salary queries.

Attendance Management: Track daily office attendance, leaves, and timekeeping for all employees.

Office Operations: Oversee daily office operations, administration tasks,



and ensure smooth day-to-day workflows.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical/managerial interviews with department heads.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience as an HR Executive handling recruitment and office operations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills: Strong sourcing capabilities, operations tracking, payroll familiarity, and excellent communication skills.

Ability to multitask, meet hiring targets, and manage administrative priorities effectively.

Role Details & Package

Location: Indore (In-Person / On-Site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
