Position Name: Human Resources Executive
Role Description: The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with leadership and hiring managers on staffing needs, support recruitment activities, and organize HR initiatives such as engagement programs, training coordination, and internal communications.
This is a full-time, on-site role that includes managing employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities, as well as maintaining HR records and HRIS data. The role involves supporting employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, coordinating performance management processes, and assisting in implementing HR policies and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers, background verification, onboarding, and joining documentation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, build candidate pipelines, and close positions within agreed timelines.
- Drive employee engagement through surveys, recognition programs, events, internal communications, and initiatives that support retention and a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations and lifecycle activities, including background verifications, employee queries, grievances, conflicts, attendance concerns, confirmations, promotions, transfers, exits, and full-and-final settlements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HRIS data, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate performance management, training and development, HR reporting,
workforce planning, and compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a technology, IT/ITeS, animation/VFX, or other fast-paced industry.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development.
- Understanding of applicable labour laws and statutory HR compliance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS/HRIS platforms.
Preferred Candidates
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Pune preferred.
