Seeking a Dynamic HR for a Consulting brand in Gurgaon!
Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles across UX design, research, project management, and business functions
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill roles, so hiring does not start from scratch every time a need comes up
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, design communities, and campus channels
- Screen resumes and conduct first-round telephonic or video screening interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and panel members
- Manage candidate communication at every stage, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Negotiate offers within approved bands and manage the offer-to-joining process
- Track recruitment metrics such as time to fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio, and share
- regular updates with leadership
- Own employer branding efforts, including contributions to Glassdoor presence, careers page content, and how the brand shows up to prospective candidates
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Own probation confirmations and exit formalities for the Gurugram office, coordinating with the Mumbai HR admin team on any payroll or attendance-linked steps
- Coordinate the performance review and appraisal cycle across both Mumbai and Gurugram, including
- scheduling review windows, following up with managers for inputs, and consolidating documentation.
- Support onboarding documentation and new joiner formalities for the Gurugram office
Employee Experience
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives including team outings, festive and milestone
- celebrations, offsites, and internal events
- Build a culture calendar for the Gurugram office and coordinate with the Mumbai office so initiatives feel consistent across locations
- Gather informal feedback on team morale and flag concerns early to leadership
- HR Operations and Admin
- Coordinate laptop and workstation readiness ahead of every new joiner's start date
- Handle onboarding logistics such as ID cards, welcome kits, and desk setup
- Manage day to day office needs including supplies, courier, and on the ground support for the Gurugram office
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a combined HR generalist role, preferably having hired for design, UX, or creative and technical roles
- Bachelor's degree in any field. A degree in human resources or business administration is a plus, not a
- requirement
- High ownership mindset, comfortable owning outcomes without needing constant direction
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle recruitment, events, and office needs at the same time
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, founder-led environment where priorities can shift
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented, with strong follow-through on candidate pipelines and office tasks alike
- Experience with an ATS or structured tracking system is a plus
- Prior exposure to hiring or HR operations in design, consulting, or BFSI-adjacent firms is an advantage but not mandatory
