Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations for the dealership, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records.

Responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and assisting in workforce planning in line with business needs. The role involves handling employee relations, addressing queries, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and statutory requirements. The executive will also assist in organizing trainings, HR initiatives,



and engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Kanjirapalli.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, including compliance, documentation, and process implementation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle concerns, support managers, and promote a respectful workplace.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in an HR role within automotive retail or similar environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR-related software; familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Kerala is beneficial.
