Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the full employee lifecycle. This full-time, on-site role based in Thane includes tasks such as maintaining employee records, administering HR policies, coordinating recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and assisting with payroll and benefits coordination.

The role involves handling employee queries, supporting performance management activities, and promoting positive employee relations.

Executive will also collaborate with leadership to ensure HR practices comply with relevant regulations and align with Nexfore Consulting’s organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.




- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, with the ability to handle documentation, HR administration, and coordination of HR processes.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the capacity to address employee concerns and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including the ability to implement and maintain compliant and effective HR guidelines.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in office in Thane.
