**We’re Hiring: HR Executive / HR Intern — Kolkata

We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in HR and be closely involved in building the people and culture of a growing technology company.

This role will go beyond traditional HR. You will work closely with the team and leadership while using modern software and AI to build better HR processes and employee experiences.

What you’ll work on

- Recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Employee records and HRMS management
- Onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Employee engagement and employee well-being
- Building and improving HR processes
- Working closely with employees and leadership
- Using AI and software to improve HR operations and productivity

What we’re looking for

- Excellent written and spoken English — this is extremely important
- Fluent in Hindi and Bengali
- Very comfortable with software applications and digital tools
- Interested in AI and willing to learn and implement AI tools
- Strong communication, organization and people skills
- Valuable understanding of human behaviour and psychology
- Basic understanding of the IT and digital marketing industry
- A long-term mindset and willingness to learn

Prior HR or recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Freshers and interns with the right aptitude are encouraged to apply.
