Role Description The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee life cycle processes, maintaining HR records, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

Responsibilities include implementing and updating HR policies, supporting performance management cycles, coordinating training and development initiatives,



and assisting with payroll and perks administration in collaboration with relevant teams. The HR Executive will also address employee queries, foster positive employee relations, support engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and applicable labor regulations. The role requires close collaboration with management and project teams to ensure HR practices align with business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including understanding of core HR functions and HR best practices.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, such as handling documentation, HR processes, HR systems, and day-to-day administration.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations and HR Policies skills, including experience managing employee issues, supporting engagement, and interpreting or applying HR policies.
- Relevant experience in a technology or IT services environment, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented company.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort with HR software tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for HR reporting and metrics.
