International News Express is a fast-paced global digital media organization delivering timely news coverage around the clock. We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented

HR Executive to join our team in a 100% remote capacity. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating talent acquisition, supporting remote employee onboarding, managing daily HR administration, and maintaining a positive, professional workplace culture across international teams.

Primary Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition:

End-to-end recruitment support, including drafting job notices, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

- Onboarding & Offboarding:

Managing digital documentation, standard operating procedures, and orientation for remote team members.

- HR Administration:

Maintaining accurate employee records, tracking attendance/leave, and assisting with global HR administrative tasks.

- Employee Engagement:

Serving as a primary contact for employee inquiries, supporting open communication, and fostering team morale.

- Performance & Policy Operations:

Assisting with performance appraisal cycles and ensuring company policies are clearly communicated and implemented.

Skills Required

- Communication:

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

- Tools & Software:

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Teams).





- Organization:

Strong multi-tasking skills, structured attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities independently.

- Interpersonal Skills:

Natural problem-solving mindset, high emotional intelligence, and discretion when handling confidential information.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in an HR, talent acquisition, or HR administrative role (experience in a remote setup or media industry is a plus).

- Full compliance with international HR standards, remote work etiquette, and qualified conduct.
