Role Description The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management processes.

Executive will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and help foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities also include implementing and updating HR policies,



ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting HR reporting and documentation. The position requires close collaboration with management and team leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
- Skills in Employee Relations, with the capacity to manage grievances, support engagement activities, and promote a respectful workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including drafting, implementing, and communicating policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
