Position: Junior HR Executive
Reports To: Director
Employment Type: Full-time, In office
Locations: Makarba Corporate Office & Changodar Plant, Ahmedabad
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Salary / CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month (₹3.6 LPA)

Why this role exists
This role is designed for a driven HR professional who excels at execution and operations. You will support the Sr. HR Executive and Directors in managing day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth recruitment, attendance tracking, and compliance management across both our corporate office and manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both corporate and plant roles (operators, technicians, admin staff, etc.). Source and screen candidates across job portals and local networks.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate with department heads to schedule interviews, maintain the applicant tracking database,
and follow up with candidates.
- HR Operations & Attendance: Manage daily attendance, biometric tracking, leave records, and shift schedules for plant and corporate employees.
- Onboarding & Documentation: Process onboarding paperwork, including appointment letters, PF/ESIC enrollment, and statutory declarations. Ensure physical and digital employee records are maintained accurately.
- AI Integration: Use AI tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) to draft basic HR documents, summarize candidate CVs, and write emails.
- Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for basic employee queries, grievance reporting, and coordination of engagement activities.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of core HR experience (experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus).
- Language: Fluent in English for documentation, and proficient in Gujarati and Hindi for plant floor communication.
- Compliance: Basic working knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory filings (PF, ESIC).
- Mobility: Willing and able to commute between the Makarba office and Changodar plant as required
