We are looking for an energetic and people-focused HR & Employee Experience Specialist to support and strengthen our employee experience at Zone IT Solutions. This role will focus on employee wellbeing, engagement, performance, training, and enablement , while managing essential HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and team-building initiatives.
- Act as a trusted HR point of contact and support employee queries and concerns.
- Coordinate performance reviews, goal setting, feedback, and recognition initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning, development, and enablement programs.
- Support onboarding and ensure employees have the knowledge and resources to succeed.
- Gather employee feedback and recommend improvements to the employee experience.
- Maintain HR records, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR processes.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee communications, and HR administration.
- Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and improve team performance.
- Bring fresh ideas to strengthen company culture, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR,



employee engagement, L&D;, or performance management.
- Strong passion for people, wellbeing, learning, and development .
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
