We are looking for an experienced and people-driven HR Executive to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources and administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement, with the ability to drive culture, streamline processes, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to exit formalities.
- Oversee employee life cycle management, including induction, performance reviews, and retention programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster collaboration, motivation, and a positive work environment.
- Manage leave, attendance, and payroll coordination ensuring accuracy and timely compliance.
- Administer and ensure adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business goals.
- Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs and support talent acquisition and development strategies.




- Maintain and optimize HRMS and documentation systems for efficiency and transparency.
- Handle grievance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations professionally.
- Coordinate office administration and vendor management, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in HR generalist and operations functions.
- Strong understanding of Indian statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in employee engagement, performance management, and policy formulation.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools; familiarity with modern HR tech platforms is a plus.
