About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised HR qualified who will be responsible for managing the complete HR function of the organisation — from hiring and candidate management to employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, performance management, employee engagement, and HR administration.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple responsibilities, and building structured HR processes as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
* Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to final selection.
- Understand manpower requirements from different departments and create appropriate job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads/management.
- Maintain a proper candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Coordinate salary discussions, negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
1. Candidate & Employee Management
* Maintain proper records of all candidates and employees.
- Manage employee documentation and verification.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
- Ensure employees understand company policies, roles, responsibilities, and processes.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Maintain employee engagement and a positive workplace environment.
1. Payroll & Salary Management
* Coordinate monthly salary processing and payroll.
- Maintain accurate salary records, deductions, incentives, bonuses, and other components.
- Track attendance, leaves, late marks, and other payroll-related information.
- Coordinate salary revisions, increments, promotions, and appraisals.
- Ensure salaries are processed accurately and on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation information.
1. Attendance & Leave Management
* Maintain daily employee attendance records.
- Manage leave applications and approvals.
- Track employee working hours, late coming, absenteeism, and leave balances.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
1. Performance Management
* Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisal cycles.
- Work with department heads to establish performance expectations and KPIs.
- Track employee performance and improvement plans where required.
- Coordinate increments, promotions, and performance-based incentives.
1. HR Policies & Processes
* Develop and maintain HR policies, rules, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and HR guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation for HR processes.
- Continuously improve HR systems and processes as the organisation grows.
1. Employee Relations
* Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and workplace concerns professionally.
- Maintain healthy communication between employees and management.
- Support management in disciplinary and corrective actions when required.
- Work towards employee retention and reducing unnecessary attrition.
1. Exit & Full & Final Process
* Manage resignation and exit processes.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Coordinate notice periods and handovers.
- Ensure proper clearance and documentation.
- Coordinate full & final settlement with the concerned teams.
1. HR Administration & Compliance
* Maintain employee files, contracts, offer letters, joining documents, and other HR records.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.
- Ensure required statutory and employment-related compliances are followed.
- Coordinate with external payroll/accounting/legal professionals whenever required.
