About the Role

V Group Inc. is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Consulting Division in Bhopal .

The HRBP will partner closely with business leaders and managers to drive people strategies aligned with business objectives, while strengthening employee engagement, performance, talent development and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders and managers on people-related matters and HR strategy
- Drive employee engagement, retention and organizational culture initiatives
- Support performance management, goal setting and talent reviews
- Identify workforce needs and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring priorities
- Provide HR insights and recommendations using people data and analytics
- Creation of policies and SOPs
- Manage employee relations and ensure consistent application of HR policies
- Support learning,



career development and succession planning initiatives
- Drive HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees
- Contribute to organizational development and change management initiatives

What We're Looking For

✔ 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with HRBP/HR Generalist exposure

✔ Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and HR processes

✔ Experience partnering with business leaders and managers

✔ Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting/business environment

✔ Data-driven and solution-oriented approach to HR

✔ Strong understanding of performance management, employee engagement and talent practices
