Job Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and employee engagement.

Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.

Support performance management, retention, and workforce planning.

Drive HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvement plans.

Collaborate with recruitment, training, and operations teams to meet business objectives.

Conduct skip-level meetings and implement employee engagement activities

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of HRBP experience.

Mandatory experience in the BFSI domain. Solid knowledge of employee relations and HR operations.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work in rotational shifts
