Role Summary

- You will serve as Chief Manager – Human Resources Business Partner for Arvind Limited, ATPPL, based in Bangalore.
- In this individual contributor role, you will partner with business leaders to support HR execution, strengthen people practices, and drive consistent delivery across core HR processes.
- You will own day-to-day HR business partnering responsibilities, support employee lifecycle activities, and help translate business needs into practical HR actions.
- You will also support policy implementation and policy procedures to ensure consistent application of HR practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and support HR actions aligned to operating priorities.
- Drive employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, role changes, exits, and related HR coordination.
- Support employee relations matters by handling queries, escalating issues appropriately, and ensuring timely closure.




- Coordinate performance management activities and help ensure process adherence across assigned teams or functions.
- Support talent development initiatives, including learning coordination, capability building, and succession-related inputs.
- Maintain HR data discipline and support reporting, documentation, and process compliance across HR operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve people-related issues and improve the employee experience.
- Contribute to HR process improvement by identifying gaps, strengthening execution, and supporting standard practices.
- Support policy implementation and policy procedures to ensure consistent and compliant application of HR policies.
- Provide oversight of labour law, statutory, and Factories Act compliance in a plant-based environment.
- Maintain awareness of relevant legal requirements to support timely and compliant HR practices.
