NextGen Software Solutions is seeking a agile HR Executive to lead our people operations in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad, TG (Onsite - 5 days/week)

Shift: Night Shift (6 PM - 3 AM IST)

Experience: 4-6 years

What You'll Do:

- Drive end-to-end HR strategies and employee lifecycle management
- Lead recruitment for IT & non-IT roles with a data-driven approach
- Design and implement HR policies (including POSH compliance)
- Champion employee engagement initiatives with budget ownership
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations
- Leverage AI tools to optimize HR operations and decision-making

Who We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in US IT staffing companies managing Indian operations




- Expert-level English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong recruitment background across IT and non-IT domains
- Hands-on experience with employee engagement and activity management
- Tech-savvy professional comfortable with AI-powered HR tools
- Strategic thinker with execution excellence
