Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer follow-up, and joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening of candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with salary discussions, offer roll-out, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment-related MIS.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve recruitment targets and timelines as assigned.





Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline; HR/Business Administration background will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making regular candidate calls.
- Positive coordination and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

What We’re Looking For A proactive individual who is confident, communicative, target-oriented, and interested in building a career in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
