? Role: HR Intern
? Location: Pune (Work From Office)
? Duration: 6 Months (Paid)
?️ Days: Monday to Friday
What You'll Do
? Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media
? Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls
? Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
? Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
? Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
? Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions
? Support offer letter rollouts, documentation, and onboarding
? Contribute to employer branding and recruitment drives
Who We're Looking For
✅ Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
✅ Robust English and Hindi communication skills
✅ Presentable, professional, and people-oriented
✅ Organized with good attention to detail
✅ Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace
✅ Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
