Role Description The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time, on-site role located at Arihant Multispeciality Hospital in Nagpur. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and induction processes, and coordinating documentation and compliance requirements. The HR Assistant helps administer benefits, assists with payroll-related queries, and responds to routine employee questions in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities include updating HRIS data, preparing HR reports, organizing training sessions and meetings, and supporting recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate communication.
The role requires close collaboration with HR team members and other departments to ensure smooth HR service delivery and a positive employee experience.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR processes.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and comfort working with digital employee record-keeping tools.
- Experience or knowledge in Perks Administration, including supporting employee enrollment and addressing basic benefit-related queries.
- Ability to assist with Training coordination, including scheduling sessions, managing attendance, and maintaining training records.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) and comfort with data entry and reporting.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant HR experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage.
