We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Intern who wants to build practical experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations. This internship will give you hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment cycle and an opportunity to work closely with candidates and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates
- Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their experience, skills and career expectations
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with job postings and recruitment campaigns
- Participate in candidate engagement and talent sourcing activities
- Maintain recruitment reports and daily hiring updates
- Support the HR team with other recruitment and HR-related activities
Who Can Apply?
- Students/recent graduates pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, BCA or related fields
- Freshers with a strong interest in HR and Recruitment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
