Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, negotiations, and offer closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.




- Ensure a smooth joining process and maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates.
- Achieve recruitment targets and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Strong interviewing and communication skills.
- Experience hiring across various non-IT functions will be preferred.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
