Role & Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end hiring for frontline and field roles attendants, shift supervisors, across our retail outlet(s).
- Build and maintain local sourcing channels: labour contractors, ITIs and vocational institutes, referral networks, community and village contacts, WhatsApp groups, and job portals (Apna, WorkIndia, Rozgar, Naukri).
- Plan and run walk-in drives, job melas and on-ground pamphlet/poster campaigns in nearby localities.
- Screen candidates on basic literacy and numeracy, cash-handling comfort, shift readiness, physical fitness and proximity to the site.
- Coordinate interviews and final selection with site and operations managers; close offers and manage joining follow-ups.
- Keep a standby pipeline ready for backfills, since these roles run on 24x7 rotational shifts with high churn.

- Preferred Candidate Profile
- 15 years of experience in blue-collar,



frontline or bulk hiring — retail, QSR, logistics, warehousing, facility management, security services or a staffing agency background works well.
- Graduate in any discipline. HR, MSW or MBA-HR is a plus, not a must.
- Fluent in Hindi with working English; ability to hold a conversation in the local dialect is an advantage.
- An existing network of labour contractors, local sourcing agents and community contacts in the region.
- Comfortable with high-volume, high-attrition hiring against tight turnaround times — someone who can close 15–20 joinings a month when needed.
- Immediate joiners and candidates residing in or near the location will be preferred.
