What youll own

- Manage recruitment from sourcing through joining.
- Understand roles and identify the right candidate profiles.
- Hunt talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews.
- Evaluate communication, experience, suitability, and interview availability.
- Manage multiple vacancies without compromising hiring quality.
- Support salary negotiations and maintain accurate recruitment records.





Were looking for someone with 3–5 years of recruitment experience, solid communication skills, and proven experience hiring across multiple profiles.
