HR Recruiter Position:

Reporting To: HR Head

Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Manage offer roll-out, document verification, and joining formalities.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a seamless joining experience.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as birthday celebrations, festive events, recognition activities, and internal HR programs.
