Role Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end lateral recruitment for technical, engineering, supervisory, and managerial positions in the manufacturing sector. The role involves sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder coordination, and timely closure of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle lateral hiring, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.

- Partner with business/hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.

- Build and manage talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, and headhunting.

- Drive market mapping and competitor intelligence for critical/leadership roles.

- Manage stakeholders (hiring managers, HRBPs, leadership)



with regular reporting on hiring metrics.

- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations, including counter-offer scenarios.

- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and diversity hiring goals.

Requirements

- Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior/niche roles within tight TATs.

- Robust stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

- Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and headhunting.

- Excellent communication and data-driven approach to recruitment reporting.
