Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage the overall HR operations of the hospital. The role will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, attendance, performance management, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee documentation.

- Manage monthly payroll processing, including attendance, leave, salary inputs, deductions, and employee queries.

- Ensure timely statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable requirements.

- Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws and company policies.

- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.

- Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and HR reports.

- Coordinate performance appraisal, employee engagement, training, and welfare activities.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures as per business requirements.





- Support management in manpower planning and other HR-related matters.

- Lead and guide the HR team and ensure timely completion of HR activities.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on knowledge of Payroll Management and Statutory Compliance.

- Good knowledge of Labour Laws and HR practices.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong employee relationship and grievance-handling skills.

- Leadership and team management ability.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.

- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage multiple HR activities and work under pressure.

Qualification & Experience

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR.

- Experience in hospital/healthcare industry will be preferred.

- Strong experience in Payroll and Statutory Compliance is mandatory.
