Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Hiring across technical, sales & operations roles
- Monthly payroll and attendance management
- PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Professional Tax compliance
- Performance management and probation reviews
- Employee relations and grievance handling
- HR policies, employee records and documentation
- Exit management and Full & Final settlements

What Were Looking For

Solid knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance

Hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll

Good understanding of CTC and salary structures

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience in technology, hardware, consumer electronics or SME/startup environments will be an advantage
