Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, proactive Full-Time HR who can help us build the people function from the ground up.

This is not an observational internship. You will actively work on recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, performance coordination, HR operations, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end hiring coordination across multiple roles.
- Post jobs on Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other relevant platforms.
- Screen candidates and conduct first-level HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, HR records, and employee databases.
- Assist with offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, and HR documentation.




- Coordinate performance reviews and employee feedback.
- Help build SOPs, HR policies, and internal processes.
- Support team engagement and company culture initiatives.

- Who Were Looking For
- Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or related discipline.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and employees.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Good command of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Zoho People or HRMS tools is a plus.
- Ability to independently follow up and close tasks.
