Role & responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation (joining, exit, leaves, etc.)

- Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, and biometric system reports

- Support the onboarding and induction process for current employees

- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys

- Assist with compliance and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.)

- Handle day-to-day employee queries and provide support on HR policies

- Generate and maintain HR reports and MIS data for review
