Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews and hiring.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation and personnel records.
- Maintain attendance, leave and employee databases.
- Coordinate probation, performance reviews and employee development.
- Handle employee concerns, grievances and workplace discipline.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate joining, confirmation, transfers and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR trackers and provide regular HR reports to management.
- Support statutory HR compliance and coordinate with external consultants when required.
- Promote a skilled, disciplined and positive workplace culture.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
