Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.

- Handle employee attendance, leave management, performance tracking, appraisals, and HR operations.

- Take responsibility for assigned HR tasks and ensure timely completion.

- Handle employee communication, queries, grievances, and policy compliance.

- Manage official HR emails, calls, follow-ups, and internal communication.

- Coordinate meetings, performance reviews, training, employee engagement activities, and company events.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.

- Assist with payroll coordination, disciplinary actions, resignation,



and exit formalities.

- Maintain professional and fluent English communication, both written and verbal.

- Work closely with management and employees to ensure smooth and effective HR operations.

Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in Human Resources.

- Freshers with relevant HR internship experience and good practical knowledge may also apply.

- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee management, attendance, leave, and HR processes.

- Proficiency in MS Office and email handling.

- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.

- Ability to take responsibility, work independently, and handle multiple HR tasks.

- Good problem-solving skills and a professional attitude.
