Role & responsibilities

- Develop and maintain trackers for employee satisfaction, DEI, and learning programs.

- Analyze engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics regularly and present insights.

- Ensure programs are executed within approved timelines and budgets.

- Mentor junior People Success team members in execution of engagement activities.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to align People Success initiatives with business priorities.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data responsibly.

- Promote a culture of inclusion, recognition, and continuous improvement.

- Manage grievance redressal processes to ensure timely, fair, and transparent resolution of employee concerns.

- Oversee policy adherence management to ensure compliance and mitigate risks across the organization.

- Handle sensitive employee relations cases (POSH) ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and timely resolution.

- Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers





- Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and skilled networks

- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in survey management, data analysis, and reporting.

- Strong understanding of employee engagement and DEI principles.

- Good facilitation and program coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization.

- Ability to independently manage projects with minimal supervision.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Creative and proactive approach to employee engagement and satisfaction.

- Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers

- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates

- Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
