Key Responsibilities
- Call and communicate with job seekers about available opportunities
- Understand candidate interest, availability, and suitability
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring companies
- Send reminders and follow up with candidates to reduce no-shows
- Maintain candidate records and tracking sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams and client companies on interviews
- Assist in recruitment operations and hiring report
Requirements
- Fluency in English & Kannada required
- 6 months – 1 Year experience
- Willing to work 6 days a week (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM)
