We are looking for a HRBP Cum TA skilled to manage hiring for the Gujarat region.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for multiple business lines across Gujarat
- Partner with business leaders to understand and fulfill hiring needs
- Source and engage candidates through various platforms
- Manage interview coordination and ensure a great candidate experience
- Track and report recruitment metrics and progress
-Onboarding documentation & Joining process -Offer Negotiation and release the offer
-employee engagement
-Travelling if required
-Vendor management
-Stakeholders Management
-Grievance handling of all employee
-Exit Process and interview process
