Candidate Profile: Candidature should have prior experience in the Hub Operations dispatching process, Vehicle on-boarding, Vendor management, dealing with Clients for Company Profiling Services and converting to leads will be an added advantage.

The operations team owns the execution of daily operations and ensures we deliver the consignments to the customers in a timely fashion. You will manage resources like infrastructure, labors and also plan the daily operations in terms of receiving/ order building/ dispatching that helps run a seamless supply chain system at Navata SCS

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Hub Operations as well as the planning and directing activities and operations of the business.
- Effective execution of the SOP with zero deviations, Inbound & outbound operation.




- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.
- Handling last mile, Mid mile & First mile operations and Customer report and network and need to handle Key accounts.
- Over-viewing the staff recruitment, training, leading and employee development.
- Works with freight and transportation companies to get route and rate.
- Needs to be driven, growth oriented and accountable. Should have high level vision along with capability to get into individual execution details.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
