Role & responsibilities:

- Manage daily hub/bus operations and ensure timely departures and arrivals.

- Coordinate with drivers, conductors, ticketing staff, and management.

- Monitor bus schedules, routes, delays, and vehicle availability.

- Handle passenger queries and resolve operational complaints.

- Supervise hub staff, attendance, and shift duties.

- Coordinate with maintenance teams for vehicle issues.

- Maintain daily operational records, reports, and MIS.

- Ensure safety, discipline, and company SOP compliance.

- Report major operational issues to senior management.

- Ensure smooth and effective overall hub operations.
