Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day hub operations and ensure smooth functioning.

- Monitor inbound, sorting, dispatch, and last-mile delivery operations.

- Manage delivery associates and hub staff, including attendance and productivity.

- Ensure timely dispatch and achievement of delivery SLAs.

- Monitor RTO, NDR, undelivered shipments, and aging shipments.

- Maintain inventory accuracy and prevent loss, damage, or pilferage.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and operational processes.

- Track operational KPIs and prepare daily reports.

- Coordinate with central operations, vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Resolve operational issues and escalations at the hub level.
