We are looking for an experienced HSE / Safety Professional with 5–8 years of relevant experience in petrochemical, Chemical, or industrial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring site safety standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a robust safety culture across project activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans.

- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.

- Identify hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

- Monitor construction activities including civil, mechanical, electrical, piping, fabrication, lifting, and hot work.

- Ensure compliance with PTW (Permit to Work), LOTO, work-at-height, confined-space, excavation, lifting, and hot-work requirements.

- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and regular HSE training.

- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and prepare reports.

- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, permits, and compliance documentation.

- Coordinate with project management, contractors, and subcontractors on safety matters.





- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safe work practices.

- Participate in emergency preparedness drills and response activities.

- Support implementation of applicable statutory, client, and industry HSE requirements.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports and project safety statistics.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma/Degree in Safety, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 5–8 years of relevant HSE/Safety experience, preferably in petrochemical, Chemical, or industrial construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction-site safety practices and permit-to-work systems.

- Experience handling contractors and subcontractors.

- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently at a project/site location.

- Relevant safety certifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / equivalent will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
