We are looking for an experienced Talent Systems / HRIS Lead to manage and optimize global HR and Talent applications. The role will lead system configuration, automation, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement while partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

- Lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of global HRIS and Talent systems.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations, workflows, and automation.
- Manage Talent modules including performance management, succession, talent reviews, and talent mobility.
- Act as the system subject matter expert and provide troubleshooting, testing, vendor coordination, and end-user support.
- Partner with IT and security teams on system integrations, testing, change management,and enhancements.
- Own HR reporting, dashboards, data quality, and talent analytics.
- Drive process improvements and automation across Talent Operations.
- Support HR system integrations during acquisitions and organizational changes.
- Maintain system governance, documentation,



and compliance processes.
- Coordinate HR technology projects and manage stakeholder priorities and escalations.

Job Responsibilities

- 8+ years of experience in HRIS, Talent Systems, Talent Operations, or related roles.
- Bachelors degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Strong experience with HCM/HRIS platforms, preferably Workday; FreshService experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, succession, payroll, benefits, and workforce data.
- Experience with system configuration, workflow automation, testing, integrations, and reporting.
- Robust project management, change management, and vendor management skills.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including advanced use of Excel.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
