Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Business Partner (HRBP) role based in Bengaluru. The HRBP will work closely with leadership and teams to align people practices with business goals, providing guidance on HR policies, performance management, and workforce planning.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, supporting managers with performance reviews, and advising on labor and employment law compliance. The role will also involve implementing HR initiatives,
supporting talent development and engagement programs, and collaborating on change management and organizational development activities. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a positive, inclusive work environment and consistent HR service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles and experience in HR business partnering or generalist roles.
- Applied knowledge of HR Policies and ability to design, interpret, and implement people processes and frameworks.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Experience in Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Robust analytical skills, comfort with HR data and metrics, and ability to translate insights into actions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in technology or consulting environments and familiarity with fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations is beneficial.
