Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Handle candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, HR discussions, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations, hiring, and joining activities.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.

2. Onboarding & Induction Management

- Coordinate pre-joining activities, document verification, joining formalities, and employee onboarding.
- Conduct induction and communicate company policies, reporting structures, and workplace guidelines.

3. Training Coordination

- Coordinate internal and external training programs based on organizational requirements.
- Maintain training schedules, attendance records, feedback, and related documentation.

4. Employee Engagement

- Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, communication, and team-building activities.
- Support initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment.

5. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day employee relations activities.




- Record and escalate employee grievances to the HR Manager/Management for appropriate resolution.

6. Exit Management & Full & Final Settlement

- Coordinate resignations, notice periods, handovers, departmental clearances, and exit documentation.
- Coordinate with concerned departments for Full & Final Settlement and recovery of company assets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn and develop across different HR functions.
- Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
- Freshers with a solid interest in building a career in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
