The HR Systems Analyst supports the administration, configuration, reporting, and optimization of the Cornerstone OnDemand Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role serves as a key resource for HR in the areas of Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation, and Employee Development processes by ensuring the effective operation of Cornerstone modules and delivering solutions that improve business partner and employee experience and business outcomes. The Analyst will provide day-to-day system support, troubleshoot issues, maintain data integrity, develop reports and dashboards,



and assist with system enhancements and new functionality.

Responsibilities

- Provide operational support for Cornerstone OnDemand modules, including Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation, and Employee Development.
- Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, security roles, permissions, and organizational structures.
- Troubleshoot system issues and partner with Cornerstone to resolve issues. Monitor support requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support system upgrades, releases, regression testing, and deployment activities to ensure successful implementation of current functionality.
- Create and maintain standard and ad hoc reports using Cornerstone reporting tools.
- Develop dashboards and metrics for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of employee data within the system.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Cornerstone user inquiries and support requests.
- Provide guidance and training to HR, managers, and employees.
- Develop and maintain job aids, training materials, and knowledge resources.
- Partner with HR stakeholders and gather business requirements for opportunities for process automation, system optimization and enhancements.
- Participate in system implementations, enhancements,



and integration efforts.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment activities.
- Support data imports, exports, and integration monitoring.
- Maintain appropriate security access and system controls.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Required
- 4+ years' experience supporting HR systems, HCM platforms, or enterprise business applications. Required
- Experience supporting Cornerstone OnDemand or another enterprise HCM/Talent Management platform (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is preferred. Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand is strongly preferred. Preferred
- Knowledge of workforce planning, talent management, and performance management processes.
- Experience supporting global HR programs and employee populations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience creating reports and analyzing data.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
